Velocify (formerly Leads360) provides cloud-based lead management and sales automation software.

As part of a large redesign and rebranding effort, Interactivism designed the UX for a number of products in the company’s software suite:

• Dial-IQ – a ground up re-architecture of the company’s click-to-call sales dialer that enables sales team to have more conversations with more promising prospects
• Pulse – a Salesforce integration of the company’s core products LeadManager and Dial-IQ
• IVR Builder – a product that enables corporate clients to build advanced Interactive Voice Response flows for routing inbound call traffic
• Reporting – a business intelligence product enabling creation and distribution of custom reporting dashboards
