Designing and directing the full brand, product, UX, and visual design of LoveIt's visual bookmarking platform and iOS Universal App.

The Platform

LoveIt was a Pinterest-style service with power tools for discovering, organizing, and collaborating around anything visually inspiring online — designed from the start with monetization of visual bookmarking in mind. Where Pinterest was broad and casual, LoveIt aimed to be deeper and more purposeful, giving users and creators alike more control over how they collected and shared visual content.

Our Role

Interactivism designed and directed the full brand and product experience — from identity through to the website and iOS Universal App. We led branding and visual identity (with support from Bold Collective), and took full ownership of product strategy, information architecture, interaction design, UI design, and a comprehensive UI component library. The scope also included Android design, print collateral, and user research to validate product decisions.

The Outcome

LoveIt launched with a polished, differentiated experience that stood out in a crowded visual discovery space. The combination of robust curatorial tools and a clean, editorial visual language gave the platform a distinctive identity among social bookmarking services.
