The Platform

Kin Community’s Tandem product offered streamlined workflows to help influencers and brands collaborate smoothly and efficiently. As the platform moved beyond its initial beta, the product team recognized it needed a more polished, responsive experience to compete in the growing influencer marketing space.

The Redesign

Interactivism partnered with Tandem’s product and engineering teams to carry out a ground-up, mobile-first redesign of the beta product. Our objectives were threefold: elevate the overall product quality, create a fully responsive experience across device sizes, and build a UI library that the engineering team could use to scale the product consistently.

Key Features Designed

The redesign covered the core workflows that define the influencer-brand relationship: a unified dashboard giving each party visibility into active partnerships, a negotiation workflow for scoping and agreeing on campaign terms, a campaign management interface for tracking deliverables and milestones, and the underlying UI component library that tied everything together. The result was a product that felt purpose-built for the professional influencer economy.
