Designing a web dashboard for Brainitch to visualize AI chat analytics, psychometrics, and campaign data for brand marketers.
The Client
Brainitch helps brands engage real consumers in conversations about their products and services within messenger-type applications. Their platform generates rich data from AI-mediated chat sessions — but that data needed a home where brand clients could make sense of it and act on it.
The Challenge
Brainitch needed a web-based dashboard that could ingest data from the company’s existing iOS client and surface it in a way that allowed brand managers to run and optimize campaigns. The dashboard needed to handle a diverse data set: polling results, psychometric profiles, and text analytics from thousands of chat sessions.
What We Built
Interactivism designed the full dashboard experience — from information architecture and user flows through visual design and a component library. The interface collected, visualized, and segmented campaign data, psychometrics, and chat analytics, giving Brainitch clients a clear view of how consumers were responding to their AI-driven conversations. The UI library ensured the product could scale consistently as new analytics features were added.
