Good IA is invisible. Users navigate confidently without thinking about why. We map existing mental models, identify where they break against the product’s structure, and redesign the structure to match how people actually think — not how the org chart looks.
Every interaction has a cost. Our job is to make that cost as low as possible while keeping the outcome predictable. We prototype at fidelity appropriate to the question being answered — paper for big structural questions, high-fidelity for microinteractions.
A design system is a set of constraints that make consistency the path of least resistance. We build systems that flex with the product rather than fighting it — token-based, component-driven, documented well enough that the team can extend them without us.
Shipping a design is when the real work starts. We stay involved through implementation — not to police pixel perfection, but to catch the decisions that change meaning when translated from design to code.
