Haulstars is a video ad technology company enabling brands to showcase products editorially, publishers to offer an engaging ad format with outstanding performance metrics, and creators to grow their reach and monetization opportunities. The platform sits at the intersection of content, commerce, and advertising.

Our Role

Interactivism worked with Haulstars on UX and design from the company’s inception. The engagement spanned a significant strategic pivot — as the company evolved from a consumer destination for product discovery video to a B2B ad tech platform enabling shoppable video at scale. We helped the team navigate this transition, ensuring the product design could serve both the original consumer experience and the new advertiser and publisher workflows.

The Design

The work covered information architecture, interaction design, and visual UI design — translating a complex multi-sided marketplace into experiences that felt intuitive for each user type: brands planning product showcase campaigns, publishers integrating the ad format, and creators optimizing for reach and revenue.
