Redesigning multiple products in Velocify's sales acceleration software suite, from a click-to-call dialer to IVR builder and reporting dashboards.
The Client
Velocify (formerly Leads360) provides cloud-based lead management and sales automation software for enterprise sales teams. As part of a large-scale redesign and rebranding effort, the company needed UX design across several products in its growing software suite simultaneously.
Products Redesigned
Dial-IQ — A ground-up re-architecture of the company’s click-to-call sales dialer, designed to help sales teams have more conversations with more promising prospects. We redesigned the core calling interface and workflow to maximize rep efficiency.
Pulse — A Salesforce integration of Velocify’s core products, LeadManager and Dial-IQ. We designed the integration experience so that reps could access Velocify’s full power without leaving their CRM.
IVR Builder — A product enabling corporate clients to build advanced Interactive Voice Response flows for routing inbound call traffic. We designed a drag-and-drop visual builder that made complex call routing accessible to non-technical administrators.
Reporting — A business intelligence product enabling the creation and distribution of custom reporting dashboards, giving sales leaders the visibility they needed to coach their teams effectively.
