If the user can’t use it, it doesn’t work

We strongly recommend tailored usability testing for our clients to evaluate a product at any stage of the design process—from concept to finished product. With nearly two decades of experience in the research field, we recruit ideal participants, target the right tasks, and moderate studies either in-person or in a remote capacity.

Ideally, we test concepts and prototypes to identify issues before committing a design to code. By testing early, we save our clients time and money by identifying issues and common problems we observe.

We learn if users can complete specified tasks, noting user expectations and satisfaction. After collecting user feedback through digital recordings or video, we report our findings to clients and offer prescriptions and recommendations.
